THE SERVICE IS AGAIN VERY BAD, 2 AC units were damaged, which they said would be repaired, but they never arrived even when they were about to check out. The information provided by the customer service was also unclear. The sofa was also damaged, and the facilities did not match the price.

BAD SERVICE. C/I WAS WRITTEN AT 3:00 PM BUT ACTUALLY IT WAS 5:30 PM THAT WE WERE ALLOWED TO ENTER. EVEN IF WE HAD TO CALL REPEATEDLY.

Saya sudah memesan di viva city 3 hari yang lalu, tetapi secara sepihak dipindahkan ke imperial appartement dengan alasan wc rusak, tetapi kamar yang kami dapat di imperial kondisinya ac rusak dan diganti dengan kipas angin, walaupun sudah komplain, tidak ada solusi, pihak imperial.
