My experience stay at your hotel so far staff friendly, facility is good very suitable for business travel. Our room is comfortable, breakfast so delicious and internet ok. The most important this hotel location near to go the town. Thank so much.

The hotel lobby is really impressive with pretty decoration, staff is professional but it really shocked me when I entered the room. The worst place is the bathroom! The toilet bowl is dirty with yellow stain, steel around the basin was rusted, mirror cracked, water from heater is not hot (the heater is too old I cannot even use the ELCB checker). After I bathed, the bathroom is flooded, the water flow is too slow, and much water flowed out into the room from the cracked cement. Oh my goodness it was a horrible experience that night. WiFi okay, breakfast okay.

1) Rooms are in a neat and orderly condition & complete with basic requirements needed. 2) Acon is not in good condition where the temperature can not be changed will be too cold at night (need maintenance) 3) Room windows without grill will be easy to break into the room (need to be modified) 4) Fasilities around the hotel very good in terms of drinking water from the machine, dressing room, reception area, very beautiful surrounding area for memories as memories, dining room for a clean breakfast, adequate breakfast meal & friendly and friendly staff (always helpful & smile) 6) Great parking area, easily adjacent to hotel & safe. 7) Safety for the night is well maintained by the staff on duty. 8) Despite being close to the road but the atmosphere is noisy & tidied. 9) The location is very strategic because near the shopping area & many places of interest can be visited with family members (eg Mok Nik Beach).
