The Leverage Lite Hotel - Kuala Kedah

Very comfortable and happy to stay again next time.

The hotel room and bed were big enough, and they didn’t charge for an extra person. It’s just that the family room is located on the 2nd floor, which means we need to climb the stairs since the ground floor is only for check-in/check-out, the 1st floor I'm not sure which type of rooms are there, but since we take a family suite, it’s situated on the 2nd floor. There’s no lift. The air conditioner is not working properly. It’s very warm in the room, though we already changed the temperature to 16 degrees. I’m not sure whether it’s because they didn’t do any maintenance for the air conditioner, or it’s simply because the air conditioner has seen better days. All in all, the check-in and check-out process was fast and easy. The staff working were also very helpful and friendly. Hopefully, either they change the new air conditioner or please maintain it properly.

The hotel is quite clean and located conveniently next to a 7-Eleven, which makes it easy to get snacks or drinks anytime. However, there is no lift available, so guests need to use the stairs, which might be a bit inconvenient for those with heavy luggage. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay for a short trip.

The hotel is strategically located at the town center. Easy 360° access to Tandop, Spg. Kuala, Alor Setar, Jalan Gangsa. The bedroom was spacious and clean. Good enough for travelers with family. Shops and outlets including malls are located nearby.

Everything okay just the bedsheet is not clean. There was stain in the bedsheet.

Warga emas berilah bilik yang Tingkat 1, penat bro naik tangga

Singgah sekejap, shopping di sekitar Alor Setar. Esok ke jeti Kuala Kedah untuk naik feri ke Langkawi. Tidak terkejar-kejar masa.

We had a pleasant stay, very cooperative staff. The room is spacious. We hope the gradient of the floor slab in the toilet area to be improved for quick drainage of water to the floor trap.

So far okay. Near to town. Toiletries provided.

Overall so good. Spacious room, I stayed at superior king room. So clean, quite, large room. Concierge was friendly. The-thing was only they didn't have lift so you need to use stairs. It was OK if the room just in level 1, but will be hard if you need to get to another floor level lol.

Semua ok cuma servis internet kurang memuaskan kerana selalu terputus dan lemah. Lantai pun ada yang pecah dan lampu perlu diterangkan lagi. Keadaan diluar bilik gelap dan agak menyeramkan.

The Front Desk is very good. Easy check-in and check-out. The staffs are very good.

Layout room too award, sink beside sleeping area. Sound proofing too bad, always can hear outside vehicles sound.

Clean, comfortable, like shower. If can add more freeze to keep food for muslim sahor.

hotel good..but wifi so bad...many time already I stay..but main problem is wifi so bad...bcos my kid complete
