As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Location: Near to city center. Friendly staff at the reception counter. Convenient for dining - a lot of eateries around. Hotel room: clean and spacious. To improve: The room door is hard to open, dangerous to leave old parents alone. Mattress is not comfortable, sagging mattress provided.

This is my second time staying here. Strategically located. Parking is easy and plenty. Friendly staff at reception (but hope they can make the check-in process faster), easy access to the rooms, room is spacious for the price paid, clean, quiet, just feel like at home, a big work space at the ground level and above all the price is fantastic. Amazing can get the above for less than RM 100 for a night stay. Will surely stay here for next work trip. Areas to improve: The door room has been repaired but repair marking is still on the door and difficult to open the door.

Worst after REED take over E-Red. Late check in process, AC located far from resting area (flow to entrance door), unhygienic room and worst scenario BURNT OUR DEPOSIT because window is foggy from the AC and they claim due to smoking reason. Never see window fog cause by AC ? Where you guys from? My husband had asthma so, clearly he cannot smoking/vaping. Kalau bukan sebab rushing to KLIA, we definitely going to lodge a police report for fraud and scammed on the guest.

Many times staying in this hotel. The parking space is OK. It is far from the tourist attractions. You need to drive and cannot walk. Comfortable budget hotel, room is quite spacious and comfortable and clean for a stay.

Check in on 30th May evening. When about to sleep, notice the sound of the aircon compressor is too loud, tried to ask for changing room but the available room also having the same issue. End up have to change to family suite and pay extra rm106 for few hours of sleep with no way of negotiation. Because of the BAD room maintenance, end up the customer have to pay a lot extra. I have been a regular customer to E-Red Hotel for some times. Just cannot accept this situation happen to me.

I understand getting what I paid for, but do lower your expectations to literally nothing for this hotel. Our room smelled of dirty wet carpet, had a leaking & noisy aircon, moldy walls, cracked doors, and a later than usual check-in time of 3pm. I wouldn't recommend. Take your money to other hotels which are just walking distance away.

Had a pleasant stay with my hubby and 2 kids. My kids love it. Have spacious room. The room had a bit smelly like an old house, may cames from the rug. But its OK for us as we sprayed with room perfume 😅 overall nice budget hotel. Recommended to all. Sure we'll book again ❤.

Honestly I find this place above expectation with the price I pay. There is a lot of chinese eateries around even a laundrette. Rather near to klebang beach. The room and toilet is clean too. Keep it up management!
