As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

General Check-in Instructions

Car park is managed by local council & it is on first-come-first-serve basis. Customer is required to park at their own risk. Customers who check-out later than 12.00 noon will be subject to penalty charge at minimum MYR 10.00 per hour. Amount may be different depending on hotel's occupancy. A tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. A security deposit of MYR 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property can only accept bookings from essential workers/permitted travelers on dates where such guidelines exist. MITI letter must be provided on arrival.

All staff here are nice and okay, the room also looks normal and good. Importantly, the app is easy for me to book the hotel room. This area in the afternoon and evening is very hard to find parking if you have a vehicle, don't park haphazardly, because Bandaraya management officers come here every day to issue tickets (saman).

The hotel is situated near KL city and has easy access to highways. It's just not easy to find car parking at an affordable price. Beds are decent, and rooms are clean. I usually book this hotel for my business traveling purposes when traveling to Kuala Lumpur.

I'm someone who works away from home for extended periods, so I often stay in hotels. I used to find hotels online, and one day I came across Traveloka online, so I downloaded the app and started using it. Traveloka's booking experience has been incredibly convenient, saving me the headache of finding hotels for the next few days. This time, Traveloka also helped me save a significant amount of money on this hotel. I also knew in advance that there were many restaurants and shops in the area. After checking into the hotel, the situation was exactly as described on the Traveloka app. Was the hotel clean? Yes, it was okay. The room wasn't too small, and it had all the necessary amenities: hot water, TV, and Wi-Fi. The hotel staff were all very friendly. However, finding parking was a bit of a hassle in the afternoon because the shops in the area are very busy, making it difficult to find a parking spot.
