We had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the kids really enjoyed their stay. The swimming pool area is very spacious, with a jacuzzi pool. The location, scenery, and ambiance were beautiful and very relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food offered a good variety. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

From the moment we drove up to the property, we were greeted warmly by the personnel and throughout our stay, the same warm hospitality was consistently delivered by everyone! from Mr T (the security man who welcomed us at the entrance), to Nash (front reception who checked us in) right upto Mokles (who took care of our luggage, etc). Have to admit, having everyone greet and smile all the time was a great experience; something you don'y quite get anymore in Malaysian hotels. we were pleasantly surprised at the level of attention we were getting from everyone working at the Haven (even from those tending the lush greenery and gardens). Service was definitely 5 Stars and 'above and beyond' the usual which made our stay-memorable! facilities, ambiance, cleanliness, breakfast, amenities-all superb as well! We would definitely head here again in future for a relaxing, tranquil and stress-free holiday! Glad to see an establishment that takes care of its employees which is translated to a well managed and maintained world-class facility. Everyone I spoke too had great things to say about their employer. Only note for improvement-maybe more signage for parking or where to park based on where the rooms are.
