Everywhere in the hotel are clean. Staff are very helpful. I dont know how much they get but they deserve much salary👍they do everything. We stayed 329 everyday the housekeeper did well cleaning service. Breakfast is good but dinner is perfect. Thanks for chef huseyn nice pizzas. On the pool side there is slippery floors which are shown deep of the water. It has change because some kids can fall easily🙏 i cant explain the sea it is like a heaven. Just enjoy we are looking forward to come again. Thank you

The property is very convenient from transportation perspective. Food was amazing, there were lots of of options in the buffet breakfast and dinner (we opted for half board option). The staffs are the best, Sheraton also connected us with who could speak our mother tongue (Jamal and Abdul). Both of them took care of all of our needs. Infact all the staffs were really good. Loved the stay and looking forward to going back in future.

I stayed in the bungalow duplex overlooking garden and sea and later moved to the water bungalow and loved both - the furnishings a quite dated, but very well kept!
The best is the island was simply fantastic - allowed me to find quiet solitary space --- the staff were simply respectful, welcoming and very divine. I loved the restaurant staff at Chopstix and Baan Thai (of course al the Masala Hut) - but I kept on returning to Chopstix and Baan - the ladies took care of me. My concierge lady was fabulous - and the guys at the Beach hut with bbq fish day was fabulous also.
Thank you so much ladies and gentlemen for the lovely stay - BTW - I loved the outdoor gym and Kayaking in the morning or late afternoon -- I actually got so much in shape and lost weight even if I ate a lot --- lotsa physical activities made for a perfect: Eat, Pray Love and Workout Christmas Holiday!

Alles war super im Hotel!! Preise waren hoch, aber personal sehr nett und Strand war einfach toll!! Zum Frühstück haben wir Räucherlachs vermisst, finde fur ein 5 Sterne Hotel ein muss. Kaffee war gut und essen sonst auch sehr gut!! Kann nur weiter empfehlen!!
