Dear AC Marriott Monterrey Team, I wanted to let you know that your hotel is one of the best I have visited in Monterrey. The rooms and the entire hotel were extremely clean, and everyone who works there was very kind, professional, and welcoming. The waiters were especially wonderful. I have never been treated better at a hotel, and I was truly impressed by the service. Great stay! From the moment you walk in, everyone makes you feel so welcome. I initially chose this hotel because of its proximity to Hospital Angeles, but after this experience, I'll definitely stay here again even if I don't need to visit the hospital. The breakfast was outstanding, delicious chilaquiles, fresh fruit, and plenty of great options. Everything exceeded my expectations. Lobby area always had fresh fruit, coffee, pastries, and fruit infused water!!! This was truly a 10/10 experience! And a special thank you to our waiter (I wish I could remember his name, dark hair with glasses, if this helps). He was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thanks again!!!

Neat and modern hotel, i enjoyed th amenities Staff was really amazing, everyone was doing their best to make us enjoy our time. We booked 2 stays, coming back in few days for the second game of our national team in Monterrey Highly recommend this Hotel

Room was not as aspected and unsanitary

The property its self was nice, once we got in the room I started looking around. I can agree with others about the towels being super old. They are rough and discolored they are a gray instead of a white. The hand towels are whiter. We didn’t use the towels because we took our own. The shower had mold and it didn’t drain properly. The toilet would flush but the button would get stuck and you had to push on it some more so it could stop draining the water. I wasn’t able to get photos.

This was my seventh time staying at this hotel, and unfortunately things continue to get worse with each visit. I truly love the location, which makes it easy to walk to several excellent restaurants and amenities in the area. However, the operational issues have reached a point where I can no longer overlook them. The internet service is by far one of the worst I have encountered in my global business travels. For context, I travel extensively for work. The hotel lacks proper in-house IT support, and guests are redirected to a third-party provider whose attitude is consistently condescending and unhelpful. After eight days, the connection still felt like something out of the AOL dial-up era. Housekeeping is simply unacceptable. Rooms are not properly cleaned. I documented and reported this multiple times — the same stains remained, the same papers stayed on the floor, and dust was visible throughout the room. Hot water is another recurring problem. This has happened during my last three stays. Each time the response is the same: “We will send a technician.” Yet the issue persists — the shower alternates between scalding hot and cold with no stability. Finally, the towels and sheets are in deplorable condition. The towels feel comparable to a low-budget roadside motel, and the sheets are clearly worn and overdue for replacement. To be fair, the staff is very good at apologizing — but unfortunately, nothing ever gets resolved. This was my last stay here. Not worth the aggravat

Room was OK, very basic; towels were super old. Elevator to the lobby was not working. Price high for what it offer; I’m guessing is because of the convenience of location.
