The TV froze every minute. Hot water took about 10min. To come through. Loud.

Easy walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shops, and main plaza.

Francamente, ha sido una de las peores experiencias que hemos tenido en un hotel en León. Generalmente viajamos para descansar y realizar algunas compras, por lo que solemos buscar hoteles que cuenten con alberca, aunque sea sencilla. Sin embargo, en esta ocasión la alberca se encontraba en mantenimiento y no pudimos utilizarla. El desayuno incluido también fue bastante decepcionante. Entendemos que sea un desayuno continental, pero eso no justifica la mala calidad de los alimentos ofrecidos. Además, cuando quisimos comprar agua dentro del hotel, nos sorprendió que cada botella costara 40 pesos, un precio completamente desproporcionado. Honestamente, después de no haber podido utilizar una de las principales amenidades del hotel, esperábamos al menos un poco más de consideración hacia los huéspedes. Lo único realmente destacable fue la atención de la chica de recepción, quien fue amable y honesta al recomendarnos comprar agua en la Farmacia Guadalajara de la esquina. Gracias a ello, pudimos adquirir dos botellas de agua e-pura por 32 pesos en total. Es lamentable encontrarse con este tipo de prácticas. Definitivamente, no fue una experiencia agradable y no considero justo el trato recibido. Jamás volveremos a ese lugar.

El staff muy amable, muy atento. El desayuno muy escueto, aunque sí estaba rico. El ambiente y decoración es más juvenil, para parejas jóvenes o grupos de amigos, para personas menores de 40. La cama sí estaba un poco incomoda. La ubicación inmejorable, a unos pasos del mero centro de León.

El desayuno muy rico, la señora atendiendo muy muy amable y linda. Las instalaciones muy padre, muy limpias, con un estilo muy artístico. Lo único que no nos gustó fue el ruido tanto de el rooftop bar cómo el de la calle. Pero lugar muy céntrico muy cerca de todo.

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Water pressure in the shower was very weak and very little soundproofing but the staff was nice and the free breakfast was also good.

I had a lovely stay at this wonderful location. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I appreciated the complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast, which was a delightful start to each day. While the rooms are basic, they were clean and comfortable. There was only a slight issue with the hot water pressure being a bit low, but it was manageable. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Giovanni was very helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Always ready to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable and looked after during my stay. He is a great asset to ALT Urbana Hotel León.

Pleasant staff, clean and comfortable room. Outside people are allowed to pay and use the pool. One day I couldn't use it because a large group was in the small pool.

The property was secure, clean and the staff were very friendly. It was walking distance from every thing down town Leon.

At check-in, the front desk wanted to charge my credit card for the room, despite my having paid in advance on Expedia. She insisted it was not paid. I showed her our receipt from Expedia and immediately she saw in her system that it was paid. We were unable to use the pool or jacuzzi for the entire time we were there. The front desk said it was closed for chemicals and cleaning. It was covered and unusable the entire time. We were relaxed in our hotel room on our second night and I received a call around 11pm on my cell phone from a León number. It was a man saying he was from the front desk of ALT Urbana. He addressed me by my full name. No one knew my full name or cell phone number in León except the hotel. He said there was a car with questionable tems outside the hotel and the police were going to come and knock on our door. The hotel has a light outside of each room It is illuminated if there are guests staying in that room. That is not a safe practice. We no longer felt safe at this hotel and checked out one day early. When we checked out, a different person at the front desk wanted to charge my credit card for "the extra night" despite we were leaving a day early and despite the fact that we paid for our hotel in advance on Expedia. She insisted, and again I showed our receipt from Expedia and immediately she found in her system that everything was paid. I can not recommend this hotel.

Atendieron an mis papás súper bien. Las recámaras limpias y modernas. Excelente hotel, excelente servício al cliente.
