Everything was excellent beds smelled like home, bathroom was very clean, nice soft towels, AC unit was noisy and Internet was horrendous. It only worked very early in the morning like 3am.

despotas no cumplen su promesa y si exigien salir a la hora que te dicen pero las habitaciones no las entregan a tiempo y aparte los dias de mi extancia no aseraon mi cuarto lo tuve que pedir yo miamo mis toallas papel de baño sahpaoo y un trapaerador para yo asear mi cuarto muy mal

Habitaciones no las entregan con tiempo, toallas no disponibles, cámaras fuera de servicio. Nos robaron la batería del carro, ni disculpa ofrecieron, solicitamos ver las cámaras y que la persona encargada no llegaba a trabajar ese día. Nos dijeron que el estacionamiento no es parte de la empresa y que hay lonas donde dice que no se hacen responsables. La peor experiencia vivida en ese hotel.

Para lo que lo utilicé que fue practicamente para dormir estuvo bastante bien; la ubicación es buena para andar sin problema por el centro de la ciudad. Las instaciones son algo viejas y necesitan actualización, pero es muy buena opción si quieren andar por el centro.
