The Exe Suites Reforma was clean & spacious & the hot breakfast buffet was excellent. The location was wonderfully central to the historic central zone, Chapultepec Park, & literally across the street from the Reforma 222 shopping mall & the restaurants & pubs in Zona Rosa. Totally excellent & affordable!

Overall good experience... no issues. The only unfortunate thing was that our unit was on the first floor making it necessary to have the drapes closed as the facing buildings across the street are quite close. Would recommend higher floors for best experience. All staff were VERY good! Gracias!

The rooms are a mix of nice and very basic. Certainly not the star level that the place claims to be. The bed was comfortable but didn’t have a top sheet. The bottom sheet didn’t stay tucked in. The coffee packet was of poor quality. I looked at the breakfast buffet option and passed for the lack of quality. The windows are clouded dirty and the HVAC was very noisy although it did control the temp if you could sleep through the noise. Would not return or recommend.

Property can use some serious upkeep. The floorboards in my room were loose and chipped, the toilet leaked where it came out of the wall. Staff was excellent and let me check in early but would think twice about staying again until some changes are made.
