Good hotel in a great area. Beds are comfortable, staff is nice

From the warm welcome to the spacious room, flowsuites condesa exceeded our expectations. Also love that it’s central to most places we wanted to visit without having the noise and bustle of the city center.

Spacious rooms in a lovely walkable area!

The area was safe abd clean, it was very busy with families enjoying g the facilitues

Need to put a real door on the WC, for crying out loud!

Amazing location. Fantastic restaurants that are walkable. Hotel was comfortable with a breakfast daily. Wonderful staff.

Very disappointing stay at Flow Condesa Hotel. The location is great and the bed was comfortable but other than that I have little to say. The staff were unhelpful or overtly rude at times. Check in started at 3 o'clock. I arrived at 1 PM and was told that the room was ready, but if i wanted to enter it I had to pay for one extra night. For 2 hours!!! I've traveled extensively, and in most hotels they give out rooms when they're ready, even if it's a little early. And they certainly don't charge an extra night for that. I sat at the lobby and they handed me the key at exactly 3 PM. Not even 5 minutes extra. Very rude. The room itself is OK, but the bathroom has a peculiar layout and you have to climb a very high step to enter it. Also, the shower floor is dangerously slippery. There is a shower gel and shampoo dispenser, but the first one was completely empty. Apparently, they don't check that. The most annoying thing is that the TV didn't work. I reported it since day one and only on the 3rd night did someone come and fix it. Breakfast was very mediocre, except for the fruit of which there was a good selection. The coffee was horrible, simply undrinkable; it appeared more like rinsed coffee. I complained to the staff at the breakfast counter but they didn't care, not to mention the sour demeanor of the lady in charge. So, the third day I skipped breakfast altogether. The funny thing is that I chose Flow Condesa over other hotels because breakfast was included

Todo estuvo excelente solo el ultimo dia que el restaurante tenia una persona con muy mala actitud, le pedi agua y me dijo que no tenia, el agua del te estaba fria, nada surtido todo acabandose a las 10 de la mañana, como quiera me queje con una persona del staff

Staff and hotel where incredible! Very friendly and clean. Will be staying there again.

Everything was great. Only wish there was better breakfast and coffee!

Hotel is very nice/new, especially after the renovation and the new art galery in the first floor. Location is excellent and overall staff is great. Only 2 bad things would be noise (you can hear cars and parties) and one girl out of the 3 front desk employees, she wasn't nice with me and my family (her name is Diana).

The room was great, clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I really liked this hotel, its price and location. However, the breakfast was extremely basic, and the noise isolation wasn’t the best, lots going on on the main road that sits in front of the hotel, you can hear steps above and outside the room, and the pigeons that start making noises as soon as the sun comes up.

Great room, great location, comfortable bed, shower was big but hand nozzle was broken so you could only use the overhead shower part, floor needs a good mopping but overall clean, party downstairs was extremely loud but they offered to move us to a different room, friendly staff

The hospitality at FlowSuites was top-notch. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful parks and offers a number of eating options nearby. The room itself was spacious and well maintained. I would definitely go back.

The room was booked. Their machine was not connecting properly. The manager threatened to put out on the streets at 1 am as a woman in a different city and country. Tried to resolved it initially offered a partial refunded - they went back on it and said it was their policy to kick me out. WORST PLACE EVER

I had an allergic reaction to whatever detergent they were using and had to check out earlier than reserved. What a nightmare of checking out. They first said Expedia was charging a night for penalty but it was the hotel charging a night for penalty! It's not like I just wanted to change hotels, I had physical problem! I haven't gotten the rest of the refund back yet either. Good thing hotels.com came through with credit for me. Never ever use this hotel. The mgmt never answers any calls or emails.

The room was large , clean, lots of storage space. Breakfast was great. Staff very courteous.

Great room, staff were very friendly. Only downside was the suites on the road can be a little noisy, however this wasn’t an issue. Will use again. Fantastic location
