Well run hotel in Mexico. Room service was very good. Gabriel at the front door was very helpful. Easy to get cars at the hotel which made touring easy. Rooms nice.

I had the worst allergies in the room because of the carpet and dust. Our lights and black dust around the lantern covers. The rooms are definitely run down and I don’t think it’s worth 1k a night. There’s better newer hotels in Mexico City you can stay at for half the cost. Service here was also mid which I wasn’t expecting for a four seasons

Public space is nice, along the lines of what you would expect at Four Seasons. Similar experience at check in/out. The rooms I found to be 3/4 star. Bathroom felt almost cheap. Furniture needs upgrading - cabinet drawers didn’t work properly, desk had wobbly legs. Unremarkable overall.

El día que teníamos el evento por el que fuimos a México llegamos al hotel, eran las 5pm y todavía no habían hecho la habitación por lo cual ya no pudimos ni descansar ni bañarnos ya que nuestro taxi nos recogería a las 6 y la habitación estuvo lista a las 5:35
Cuando fue a la recepción lo único que me ofrecieron fue que nos podían dar un café de cortesía???? En serio????
Al día siguiente en el bar un extranjero nos platicó que cuándo llegó el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y que los cambiaron de cuarto y les ofrecieron los desayunos gratis durante toda su estancia y a nosotros por ser mexicanos un café????
No seamos malinchistas y tratemos a todos por igual
Además en un hotel en donde estás pagando $800 dólares por noche esperas que tu habitación la limpien en la mañana y si no contraten a más personal

The hotel bar plays loud music until 1 AM and we were given a room directly above it, and were told there were no rooms to switch to. Basically, American tourists come to this location to get drunk somewhere they consider “safe” and the hotel guests suffer through their loud parties while trying to sleep after 4am flights.
We checked out after 1 night, they did not offer anything in terms of customer service.
