I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with attention to detail that really stood out. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all the amenities were top-notch. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was—it made it easy to unwind. The location was ideal, close to everything I needed, yet still peaceful. Great food and super friendly staff. The only downside is the noise. The doors are super loud and I can hear other doors opening and closing at night.

Bad service from start to finish. This is not the relaxing 5 star resort they claim to be. It’s a super resort all inclusive money making machine. From start to finish the front desk is not welcoming or helpful at check in or check out. The beach and pool servers are all annoyed to be there outside of 1/4 of the days we had a good server. All 4 restaurants we had bad service at. The food was above average for all inclusive but nothing amazing. They charge highly inflated food and drink prices so that when you tip on every pool/lunch/dinner etc meal the tips add up to hundreds per day if you leave 15% Our first room was right on the road even though we booked an ocean view room it was very loud and we had to be moved. There were 3 weddings at the resort in 4 days of us being there one being an extremely loud Indian wedding. They do water aerobics in the pool everyday for an hour and play extremely loud music to it. Disturbing 100 people around the pool for the 8 people interested in doing it. If your thing is slightly elevated all inclusive then stay here. The beach and pools are nice. The restaurants are nice. But it is far from a relaxing 5 Star experience. We will not return nor suggest anyone does. Zoetry was far better for less money.
