Excellent! Will stay here again

Love this hotel we got a room with balcony and just enjoyed sitting in balcony in the afternoon and see people walk

No good lighting, bathrooms not clean, toilet shower leaks . Window is view to the hallway

Very nice clean place to stay.

The first thing I noticed walking into the room, was that it did not look like the photos. Secondly, the sheets on my side of the bed were dirty. The walls were so thin it felt like we were sharing a room with our neighbors- I could hear every conversation, every cough, and bathroom trip. The room smelled like a sewer, making it unbearable to stay in. The first night it was pretty chilly even though we had turned off the AC, the next day we asked for a blanket, to which the front desk replied, we will alert the housekeeper, the blanket never arrived. We decided to check out early and take our loss for the one night we had left on our reservation. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. This place was beyond disappointing.

We had a good stay, the bathroom is a little small and beds are hard but you get used to that. Nice place to stay.

Everything was great only bad thing is that it is not soundproof so sometimes you hear a lot of noise (people talking, cars from the parking lot underneath)

Great location if for sightseeing, eating, and hanging out in the Jardín aka plaza!! Rooms and hotel are nice and clean!

Walkable to the tourist places restroom could of been a little bigger

The bathroom was not clean, a lot of black mold in the shower that was never cleaned. The toilet has no cover studies have shown no lid leads to fecal matter going everywhere. Toilet paper is super thin. SUPER NOISY, you will have a hard time going to sleep and will be waken up super early, there is a window in the bathroom that opens up to the hallways and I’m guessing that’s the reason I’d wake up smelling sewage early in the mornings. Room was 301 do not get a room close to the street it will be noisy, green bed pillows and covers are so old they are smelly like they are never washed. Towels were so worn out they were see thru you couldn’t dry yourself with that and they are definitely toddler sized.

The room is too small no air dryer no iron just the room

Rented the standard room and stayed there only for one day after realizing the bathroom was too small and room had no windows. Decided to upgrade to a room with balcony which was perfect. The size of the bathroom was also a good size which included a jacuzzi. The balcony view was very nice which let you take in a great view of San Juan de Los Lagos.

The kids love the pool.
