Solicite una suite con jacuzzi y no tenia agua caliente, nos tuvimos que ir a bañar a otra habitación pero no quedarnos ahi ya que no era de cama king size, pesimo servicio, baños con fugas y sucios, pase muy mal dia

Our room was not ready at 5:30pm. Our bathroom started to flood because of the jacuzzi next door: warm water and dirt. This happened 11:55 on New Year`s eve. The main desk was empty and the people in charge of security were ... in no condition to help. The only one was a guy working at the party. They didn`t tell us the party was the only way to have dinner so...you can imagine my start of the year. This hotel is too expensive for what it offers. Avoid staying here.

Restaurant is poorly maintained.
Air conditioning they have to change 3 rooms. Even the last one doesn't work. I was tired of moving to 4 th one.
Not sure how this hotel is even rated with out basic stuff.
I am the only guest in entire hotel. That tells most of it.

The hotel is far away from Tequisquiapan and Bernal (Peña de Bernal). The hacienda photos in the web show more than reality. Food is bad, with no good taste. I will not come back to hacienda tres vidas even though the personal attention was good.

La propiedad está muy bien, el gran problema que tienen es el servicio de alimentos y bebidas, es demasiado lento, cuentan con poco personal, parte del personal le falta capacitación y algunos otros llevan a cabo varias funciones operativas.

Optamos por no quedarnos y buscar una mejor.opcion en Queretari, no obstante la penalización de no devolvernos lo pagado, porque NO correspondía con las fotografias publicadas.
Estuvimos en el restaurante 30 minutos sin qué NADIE saliera a atendernos.

El anuncio en la página de hoteles.com es engañoso. Dice que la habitación cuenta con tina de hidromasaje, cosa que es falsa. Al presentar la queja nos dijeron que era problema de la empresa donde se hizo la reservación.
Por lo demás, el hotel es bonito, limpio y el personal se desvive para dar una buena atención.
