I made a reservation months in advance and when we arrived they did not have a room for us

Very small rooms ,

The property was quiet though on Saturday night there is loud music down the block. The staff were agreeable and efficient. The safe in the room worked fine.

Todo bien buena ubicacion, no hay A/C pero ahi la pasamos, tampoco hay elevador minimo una rampa para las maletas de ruedas eso ayudaria mucho

Buena ubicacion solo manejan camas full size y twin pero de li demas muy bien

Location was exactly what I needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful

I liked most of all the location it is close to the Zocalo. Walking distances to alot of businesses . I had 2 twin beds just enough for my plans at a convenient location

Property was fine but Expedia never finished the reservation so I couldn’t check in since I was shown as not confirmed. Also no rooms available. Definitely beware dealing with Expedia.

They don’t have hairdryer if you stay with them don’t forget bring your own hairdryer. You can hear everything happing in the hotel. But luckily not the street.

They cancelled my booking without letting me know. I showed up and it was fully booked already. I had to pay out of pocket at a premium cost for another hotel. The receptionist was nice enough to let me sit in the lobby while I searched for another hotel.

Room is specious without a chair, a table or a place to hang your cloth. If you are looking for a hotel with bathroom but NO WATER in the bathroom and seeing cockroaches day and night then you are at the right place! At night room is stuffy, the only window is on the top of door if open the window mosquitoes came in, if not suffocated. I asked for a fan from night one and I got it on my third night. On the third day morning there was NO WATER, luckily I was ready to go out. When I came back at night still NO WATER!!! Front desk told me water will be available at 11pm and never happen! Water came back next day morning with yellowish. I asked for a refund for the night cause I didn’t get what I pay for, they say they can only give me one more free night to stay in the hotel?! What am I going to do with a free night? I’m traveling I will not change my schedule just for a lousy hotel! Even worse on my 4th night water stop in the middle of shower.. On 5th night water stop again…. If you want to struggling with water every night this is a good place to go. I filed a complaint to Expedia, all they told me was “sorry you are on your own, nothing we ca do”. So if you want to book a hotel through EXPEDIA think twice. QUOTE from Expedia “Unfortunately, after multiple tries, we weren't able to obtain an approval from the property manager to waive the cancellation fee. This means the current rules and restrictions for your booking apply and a refund can't be granted. “ UNQUOTE

Excellent location, two blocks from zocalo.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Only suggestion-request a room that doesn’t face the street. Homeless people outside played loud music most of the night Overall, good value all things considered

All was best except the Plastic/paint/printing smell comes from adjacent shop is unbearable. Hats off to a receptionist, who is continuously standing in that smell. The smell is so strong it makes you breadth less . But no Smell in room, but reception and stairs have unbearable smell...

It smells too much like desinfectant in the rooms, every time someone flushes the toilet upstairs you hear the water runing thru the pipes, too much street noise rooms very very basic

Un hotel increíble de una época pasada. Las personas que trabajan aquí son las mejores. Muy amable y complaciente.

The location,cleanliness, price and staff were all pluses. It’s a basic hotel but kept very clean. Beds good, plenty hot water, sodas n water available Don’t have expectations for amenities

This is my second stay here. I returned after a some uncomfortable experiences in other hostels so I decided to make this my base of operations as it's so perfect in my opinion for the price! The staff are very friendly and helpful. They speak English very well here and make you feel so welcome! Thanks
