Hotel is located in center of town Rooms are clean Rooms need to be renovated, flooring is coming up

The staff waa lovely with me and my son. Would definitely stay again!

Nice and cozy hotel near the center of Arandas. Within walking distance of the town plaza and plenty of restaurants and other things as well.

No hot water, cold showers each morning.

Very small room , no air conditioner. Parking too fare .

We have stayed in this hotel azul agave. On10/07/2023 My wife and I we were ready to check out on Saturday 10/08/2023 and we left the room but under the pillow I forgot my wallet with $20,000 cash and my credit cards ID well we went to check out and went to get our vehicle from the parking lot when I realized that I forgot my wallet in the room under the pillow. I asked in front desk and she said the people the clean the rooms they haven’t returned any wallet but the keep it for them since was $20,000 pesos in cash I spoke to the owner he didn’t take any responsibility of my wallet stolen from the cleaning people my advice to anyone stay in the hotel don’t stay but if you don’t have a choice take care your things of value don’t trust this place the worse’s places ever

The entire stay was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and shower was great. The ladies at reception were so kind and helpful too! I also loved the terrace on the 4th floor, it was great for lovely views of Arandas. We will definitely stay here again!

Tiny rooms. Stained sheets. Zero warm water. A shower built for children. And incredibly noisy.

Staff were great, kept clean but no AC

My room was given to someone else. I even called several times and spoke to staff to make sure that didn’t happen.

The room was disgusting dirty small and without A/C

The service of the staff was pretty good. Place is clean. Our room had a blocked sink and a broken furniture, not the end of the world but just to say it . The place is small,this you heard the other guests when they walk in to the room,and during the night can become uncomfortable. Overall pretty acceptable. Thanks

I liked the location,

Relatively cheap hotel if you need a place to stay in Arandas. Not the best play to stay if you need comfort. Room walls have very little soundproof.

the hotel is pretty new. The staff is simply amazing. The main problem is the noise. It was impossible to sleep with all the noise and people talking. There were also big cockroaches.

Very nice place

The rooms were extremely clean, staff was very welcoming, they give breakfast tickets to their restaurant “La Fonda” and the food is amazing!!! Edgar was very helpful and the ladies were awesome. Will definitely be back!
