We arrived early, and the front desk staff kindly allowed us to enter our room. I upgraded my room with a view and balcony facing the park, which is so beautiful during sunrise and sunset. The hotel was renovated, and it was very convenient. The restaurant on the first floor is decent, and the locals are friendly. We advise you to wait for the money exchange. Avoid doing it at money exchange places. Ask the locals. Few restaurants in front of the park gave us better deals to exchange money. We only got 16.90 at the airport, and at a local restaurant, they gave us 20.00 pesos for US $, which was a deal.

Very clean and large (3 bed) room with desk, large bathroom and dining table with balcony. Walking distance from cathedral. Will stay again on next visit.

I like the location and the customer service. I didn’t like the cleanliness of the hotel, the building , the furniture ,floors the doors too old and in bad conditions, the elevators are really small and old .

It is by far the best location in town. The hotel is in the plaza. Allows for easy access and allows you to enjoy late night festivities at your door step. Love this location. The hotel itself is a bit antiquated but the location makes up for it.

Personnel was not too friendly! The room was too boxed in with no view outside and because of the boxed in you could here every conversation from the other guests. We wished we could’ve known about the suites but not informed! Again, personnel was not friendly at all!

The staff was very nice and accommodating. However, the rooms were a different story.
1. The window of the room opened to the hallway of the hotel, the curtains were dirty and did not close completely so that a portion of the room could be seen from the hallway.
2. Water in the room only got luke warm
3. The wi-fi signal was only available in the lobby
4. From the room you can hear the noise in the lobby which started at about 6am and ended at about 10pm.
5. There is an overwhelming smell of mildew in the room
