The pool and hot tub are meticulously maintained and beautiful. The electricity went out a few times at night due to thunderstorms, but the WiFi router was reinstated either by the time we woke up or was done within a few minutes of making a call to the front desk. The staff is lovely and courteous and some of them spoke good English, so no worries with communication at Hotel Rio 1300. I liked it so much, I am going back to stay in the same hotel in 3 months.

Baños necesitan remodelación. Se sale el agua e inundan pisos cuando se usa regadera. Agua es escasa. Limpieza de cuarto y baño es mediocre. Pisos sucios.

We would definitely stay there again, although some details need more attention. Not enough outlets to plug your devices. TV was complicated to use and ended up not working. No menu for room service in the room. A chair but no table to work or read. Details that are important. Restaurant is good although a bit slow. Rooms are big and comfortable. No noise! That’s a plus. Good air conditioning.
