esde el momento en que llegamos, el trato del personal fue profesional y muy atento en todo momento. Se nota que se preocupan por hacer sentir cómodos a sus huéspedes. La limpieza fue impecable, tanto en la habitación como en las áreas comunes. Todo estaba perfectamente organizado, con un ambiente fresco y agradable. Sin duda, uno de los hoteles más limpios en los que me he hospedado. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería a hospedarme aquí nuevamente.

El servicio que ofrecen gratuito por llevar. Y recogerte! Es pésimo! Llame más de 10 veces para que pasaran por mí al aeropuerto y espere más de hora y media y nunca pasaron tuve que llegar en taxi!!

Una vez en el hotel todo estuvo genial, pero para llegar ahi fue un problema tomar el shuttle al hotel. Te llega un mensaje indicando que debes llamar a un número, pero responde una grabación con 4 opciones, ninguna referenciada a pedir el transporte... si presionas 1 te responde un call center que te redirecciona la llamada perdiendo mucho tiempo. La opcion correcta era 0 para esperar a una operadora. 45 minutos perdidos.
