The air-condition on our room during our first night was broken but no rooms available during that time and they just lend us a fan and they said they’re going to fix it first hour of the day, around noon time it’s still not fixed if I didn’t insist for a new room we’ll probably be still staying on that room or probably end up looking for other hotels.

Basic but very clean. Very close to the central tourist areas.

The hotel had cancelled my booking even though I had opted for pay at property! I had arrived at 3am post a delayed flight and had nowhere to stay!!

El aire acodicionado no funcionaba adecuadamente, algunos pasillos se encontraban con suciedad en el piso 9, ademas muy mala atención por parte de recepción y comedor, pésimo lugar no lo recomiendo.

Se encuentra en buena ubicación , los cuartos son pequeños pero a buen precio . Si vas al teatro metropolitan es una excelente opción para tu hospedaje. Buena comida a unos cuantos pasos

I am okay with roughing it and it is an affordable stay, but I would have stayed somewhere else if I knew. The worst parts were that it was very noisy (I can hear people talk calmly, walk around, there was some construction on the room next to mine, and I can literally see an inch under the door connecting our rooms so I can see their light on and hear them as if they are in my room), it felt unsafe (there was a fight just outside the hotel where a guy got knocked unconscious and his teeth kicked in), and there was no hot water or shower curtain (water got everywhere and I was shivering). There were other inconveniences, like the staff is actually not bilingual like advertised, the matress topper is always sliding off, there is a light shining in the room that flickers all night, the door to the room doesn't shut unless you slam it, your friends can't come up without a keycard, and there is no safe for your things or mini fridge. Any few of those wouldn't be a big deal but I was worried or uncomfortable or couldn't sleep often.

For the price range, this hotel was perfect. Central location, clean, safe-ish (metro station next door had some interesting people hanging out but they don't bother you). The room key stopped working many times and had to get front desk help but not a big deal. Convenient stores right across the street so we can grab water. Only complaint is not enough towel hangers and clothes hangers because the room was very humid.

Breakfast is not worth it. Go some place else don’t pay the 14 dllrs

The check in was confusing. Granting I booked it 3 hours before check-in, the front desk staff couldn't find my reservation even when presented with passport. Also they didn't have me on the breakfast list when I checked and paid for the service. I don't understand why this isn't clearly on both parties reservation. I wish this to be a simple and smooth process. The staff were helpful and respectful about the process. The room was quiet, clean including the bathroom. I was hoping for better towels than a tattered cloth with very rough texture. This is adjacent to public transport and very close to the park and museums.

IIf you're searching for a lovely hotel close to the historic center, look no further! This hotel is conveniently located near the Palacio de Bellas Artes, el Zócalo, and the Metropolitan Cathedral. It's just a short 15-minute walk from Arena Mexico. What's more, it's right next to a metro station and the BRT station, and only 2 blocks away from Paseo de la Reforma. The restaurant is decent too. A fantastic budget-friendly choice for staying in the center.

Its ok some staff were very polite and easy going. Overall its a nice place to stay. Fyi bring your own personal stuff none is provided except toilet paper and towels

It's fine. Basic and needs a touch up but close to downtown area.
