Llegué y no tenían la habitación reservada, me redirigeron a otro hotel espantoso, cómo disculpa me ofrecieron un desayuno gratis. Por la hora no tuve otra opción mas que quedarme en las condiciones que me ofrecieron

It's good value for the money, with one problem. Most of the rooms are directly above the courtyard / restaurant which makes it quite noisy until 9pm or so. Very few of the rooms have windows, unlike the promotional photo (maybe they have changed it). For the rest, all good.

The hotel is well located., just steps from the OCC and all of the tourist areas. The property is clean and mostly well looked after. The breakfast is excelent. What I did nkt like was the choice of chair used i the rooms, the wooden one is not comfodtable, especially if you need tl work at the little table. The tub / shower in my room was a dangerous disaster. Impossible to shower without flooding the room. When you step out, an awkward stretch, you are faced with wet feet on very slippery tiles and no mat tl step onto. The shower was my biggest complaint. Otherwise, it was OK.

They charged my credit card twice and couldn't refund. That is not nice. I'll call hotels.com to see how they can help me

The location is extraordinary, but be prepared for some noise coming off from the central patio and people trying to sell their goods and handcrafts while you're having breakfast...

The location is excellent. A short walk to all of the best of San Cristóbal.

Convenient location, pleasant staff. Rooms are dark as window open into inner, covered courtyard.

Nice and clean hotel, spacey rooms, good breakfast, close to city center. Did have neither fridge, nor ice. Missing heater and A/C. In our case, it was quite cold in the room.

All good services and friendly but breakfast needs a new cook!!

Ok hotel for one night beds very uncomfortable, TV did not work able to hear everything thin walls breakfast was good,hotel needs to spend some money on new beds and sheets other than that close to downtown shopping 10 min

Great place all good n happy staff. Fabulous city. The city square is the place. No coffee shops worth going near....trouble!!!

We went to the hotel. It was not like the pictures. It was dark and dirty and old...we didn't stay, went somewhere else, but they took our money!

The hot water worked very well. It is close to the centre. Staff was helpful. Room was really not good. It did not feel good being in that room.

An excellent, traditional Mexican hotel. Rooms are sparsely furnished but clean and quiet. Excellent,polite service. Very convenient location. The breakfast package is highly recommended. I'll use this hotel on my next visit!

No me gustó que escanearan mi INE, aparte me hicieran firmar un papel de política de blancos, cuando es algo que se sabe que se ensucian rápido, aparte no había lugar de estacionamiento, y le dieron preferencia a otros huéspedes, aparte la habitación con cama King no tenía aire acondicionado ni calefacción, solo 1 ventana sin protección al jardín con riesgo que alguien entrara a la habitación, Lo peor es que el baño tiene una ventana que sirve como respiradero hacia el cuarto de servicio!! Solo tiene una cortina sobre puesta que se está cayendo!!! Ni siquiera tiene polarizado y era súper incómodo cuando entraban porque se escuchaba y uno se sentía observado, el cuarto hacia un ruido de un zumbido !! Como si estuviera a lado de un cuarto de máquinas o algo, no está insonorizado y para terminar al finalizar te piden que te quedes para checar el cuarto en ningún otro hotel y lugar me habían pedido eso !! La vdd que dejó mucho que desear por el precio, en fin tienen muchas oportunidades de mejora.
