This is perfect for a clean and quiet stay. The staff is helpful and friendly. The service began even before I checked in with a personal text. Great option.

Very lovely staff and hotel. Room was comfortable, if a bit small, but quiet, overall. Compliments to Pedro at breakfast for excellent food and friendly service-thank you. We would return if staying in Merida and did not require a pool onsite.

Stayed here as part of a longer trip along the Mayan Train route, and thought it was an excellent option: very centrally located to the main nightlife area in Mérida, with great amenities and quality. Would stay here again!

The employees were very courteous and polite, trying to help as much as they could. I was first told that because of my VIP status I could enjoy 2 breakfasts and a drink, only a few minutes later a different front desk employee told me that breakfast was NOT included. Obviously a little disappointing. Water temperature in shower kept fluctuating which was challenging. No safe in room or mini fridge. Only 2 bottles of water per day allowed.

Very nicely designed small hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Convenient location on a side street. The one drawback is that the WiFi signal was weak, so that the TV usually did not work because it could not stream content. Also was unable to stream content on my personal devices.

The staff was so, so, friendly and helpful! My room was beautiful. The hotel is very modern but the surrounding buildings are dilapidated and un-leading to the eye. The TV WiFi never worked no matter how many times I put in the code but I was not in the city to watch T.V.

The hotel is quiet nice , great location walking distance to all restaurants and bars near La Plancha park, which is one of the newest attractions in the city. Loved the area and I wish I had stayed there longer, as we only stayed one night as we had a flight to catch

Stayed 4 days in January. Positives: Hotel is relatively new and located a few walkable blocks east of the main tourist areas. Service from all the staff was friendly. They can prepare you a nice breakfast with eggs, bacon, fruit... for a little over $5.00. Room had a reliable air conditioner, comfortable beds and strong shower. Lighting was good. No problems sleeping. They have a sister hotel located downtown with a small pool which was a nice stop on a hot afternoon. They will give you a towel. You can order drinks and food there. Negatives: My room had no view just the neighboring wall. It was rather dark. There are rooms facing the street but I don't know what you would see or noise level on that side. Design of some parts of room not ideal. The shower floor did not drain and left puddled water. The bathroom is separated from main room with a window wall that is very hard to clean apparently as the shade was noticeably grimy. Light switches awkwardly placed. Step up to bathroom is not well lit and a little dangerous. Not a lot of places to hang towels. Overall, I was happy with my stay.

The staff was super friendly! Everything was comfortable. Love the walk ability to so much stuff. Uber was always less than 10 mins away.
