Room was super clean, great view of Guadalajara from floor 23th amd Breakfast was awesome!

The hotel is nice but we had some issues. Someone was calling consistently in the middle of the night without saying a word, just breathing. We talked to the manager and said he couldn’t do anything other than disconnect the phone. The room they gave me was old, drapes unhinged and room dusty. At check out l, I looked over my charges and agreed to them and gave them my credit card. When I got home, there was a different amount charged and other charges pending. When I called they had me send them my signed invoice and credit card statements. They sent me another invoice in which they were charging me for an extra person for breakfast and other items. I called 4 times to get this resolved. At the end, Leonardo said it had to do with the currency conversion and couldn't explain the extra charges, or the extra person for breakfast. Very disappointed. I’m working with my credit card to get this resolved.

The Intercontinental breakfast was so nice, and offered for very convenient timeframes. The room was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in, and we found it to be an extremely quiet location. We would definitely stay in the future, can't think of one negative.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The property was immaculate, with every area maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and care. The pool was truly amazing—crystal clear, beautifully designed, and the perfect place to relax and unwind. Its atmosphere created a peaceful yet vibrant vibe that made every moment enjoyable. The location was equally impressive, offering convenient access to everything while still feeling like a private retreat. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations and made for a memorable and outstanding stay.

The room was lovely and large. They have upgraded us because it was a 55th wedding anniversary trip. The staff were really nice and helpful although sometimes their English wasn’t very good.. the Uber to wherever we wanted to go were definitely cheap. The only problem was the last night we had ordered room service from the French restaurant. The filet mignon was tough and hard to chew. We actually didn’t eat it. Also they charged us for a portable table $15. We never requested that when we complained to the restaurant they offered us a 15% discount on our next meal there. That was really tacky. We would stay at the hotel but not eat at the French restaurant. We had room service many times and we have no complaints about the meals from other restaurants in the hotel, Fran and Larry.

Overall Visit was GREAT!
