Generally clean, but run down. The hotel room smelled like mildew. Desk staff were not rude but not friendly. Breakfast is advertised as free but they demand cash

Room wasn't as showen on picture. Room was super small with a window that you couldn't see out. Wouldn't recommend hotel at all. Service was slow and wass treated as your problem didnt matter. After 4 days was moved to a different room . Which was better.

The hotels lobby isn't on the first floor but on the 8th floor which seemed weird. The rooms are very standard and biggest complaints were the poor water pressure,the tiny windows and the fact that the light over the entrance door inside the room had no switch, only way to turn off was to remove the key card but then the lights and most out lights didn't work. Very stupid design

Rooms are small but suitable. One staff member in check in not very friendly. We had the buffet instead of the free American breakfast which was very good.

Great stay! Centrally located at the heart of downtown Tampico! Reasonable price for the high value! Highly recommended.

Fue muy buena la atención por parte del personal , las instalaciones estaban limpias y en buenas condiciones, fue una experiencia agradable tomar el desayuno , una linda atención de los meseros ! Sin duda volveré a quedarme ahí

Sus habitaciones son muy viejas, descuidadas y los cristales de las ventanas muy sucias, los baños muy precarios, dañados. Lo unico bueno es su ubicación que está muy céntrica y el personal que es muy amable, en especial las señoras de la limpieza que son muy atentas...

My party had an excellent experience. They were able to accommodate us last minute.

Check in check out was very simple and easy staff was ready with my reservation. Breakfast was really good too! The room was alright there were stains on the blankets and the floors were a bit dirty. But overall it was good. Would stay again.

Cockroach in the room and the hotel booked a concert on the rooftop that played music at a stadium level volume until 1230 at night. Veeeeeery loud.

Outstanding hotel! Loved it! Comfy beds, roomy bathroom, great AC, free secure guarded parking 1 block away, great views! Will stay here again!!

Water issues and parking limitations

Everything was perfect

Property is downtown where it is very busy. We came with a pick-up truck and trailer so Parking was a problem but they worked so hard to figure out a solution.

Great location. Walking distance to the plaza, Mercado and restaurant. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived at midnight, upon my arrival there was a security guard at the entrance that communicated with lobby staff about my late arrival. I had no issues checking in. Hotel reception staff were excellent. The room was clean and very well kept. Only concern was that street noise could be heard from the room I was assigned to. But no biggie. I slept through all my stay without issues. I did not get to try the breakfast hopefully next time. Other than this I will definitely be going back and staying here!!! I highly recommend the hotel.
