Ye breakfast was excellent parking is very easy and safe staff excellent everything was good

other guest make noise and party in the common area until 4AM, impossible to sleep

The lady at the property was very caring and professional.

Room was very clean and clean very spacious. Yard was beautiful some garden tables had coffee in the morning will go back and recommending to all my friends and family

Was great place to stay Mr Memo ( guillermo) was very pleasant at our welcoming he went a 100 yards to get us wood for the fire places not enough with that he bought us a little heater because at night temperature drops. Breakfast exelent and taste

Some comments after spending three nights. Pros: *Room is spacious, has an aesthetically nice rustic look, and is clean (see note below) *There is plenty of hot water for showering and there it comes out hot immediately. *A small amount of complimentary firewood is provided. *The hotel has beautiful grounds filled with fruit trees and offers a pleasant place to relax (see note below) *The buffet breakfast is delicious (but a bit limited). *The staff were very nice and attentive to our needs. Cons: *The beds were on the hard side *There was some mold on the shower curtain *The sink basin gets wet readily due to the faucet flow and water drips to the floor. *We could clearly hear the footsteps (and to a lesser extent the voices) of the people in the room above us. The hotel does provide earplugs at no charge. *We were only provided with one bar of soap a night, so we needed to use it for both the shower and sink. I asked the night watchman if he could get us another bar in storage and he said I would need to wait for the cleaning women in the morning. *In the morning, loud banda music was blaring from the raquet court below us, disturbing the tranquility of our stay. All in all, I would recommend Sanduga Suites, but it falls short of excellence due to the shortcomings mentioned above, many of which could be easily remedied.

Nos encantó, yo creo que volveran a vernos por ahí. Es un lugar muy bonito, se ve bastante cuidado y esta muy limpio. El desayuno delicioso, sin duda lo recomiendo.

Me hubiera gustado que tuvieran cambio de toallas diario y personal permanente para hacer check in y check out fuera del horario de 9 am a 10 pm

The help leaves at 10 pm, and a family of 5 was about 12 feet from my room. They had a daughter that was literally screaming at 12 midnight. I asked them nicely to please sleep, they just kept laughing. I called the phone number, no one responded. Not even today, 4 days later. I did not sleep ALL NIGHT because of them. It was impossible to reach management her. Also I am upset that hotels.com would even recommend this hotel to me. I asked for central and downtown. I am a senior, and there are so many stairs and no hand rails. I almost fell 2 times! Only restaurant was 5-6 blocks away. To go to the lake or downtown, walk 5-6 blocks, then try to figure out which direction to go.

Large room with a comfortable King bed. Nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. Nice grounds. Parking is on the premises and secure, but requires a staff member to let you in or out.

No hay una manera de ver la entrada del hotel, falta de iluminación y un letrero que se pueda ver de ambas direcciones de la calle. De todos modos, súper excelente servicio. La propiedad está muy bonita, limpia, y bien mantenida. Muy rico el desayuno y todo el personal muy amable.

Tienen estacionamiento y el hospedaje es muy acojedor. Me sorprendió que tuvieran chimenea y leña gratis para su uso. Nosotros fuimos a quedarnos una noche para ir a un evento muy temprano y no pudimos quedarnos al desayuno, pero sin duda volveríamos con más calma para disfrutar bien de sus amenidades.
