Nice place to stay , about 10 minute walk to restraunts around ! Clean room , although there is no AC , they will provide a fan if asked !

Very nice suburb

It’s a good place for short stay. The fact that they don’t allow any visitors is not acceptable. If you have a place that you can cook a meal you should be able to have someone come over to share that meal with you. I will not stay there again.

I have stayed here many,many times and have no complaints. They give great customer service.

Edificio y cuarto muy limpios. Camas confortables, agua caliente, una cocineta con cubiertos y microondas. La localización del hotel es excelente en una calle poco transitada, vías de comunicación abundantes. Los empleados son amigables y serviciales. Limpieza del cuarto es diario. Algunos restaurantes cerca. Las toallas pudieran ser mejores. Una estancia excelente

Old building, smells, no outlets on the walls- there was only one. Noisy, noisy, noisy. I had to go most of the day just to get some peace and quiet. Location is great about 4- 5 blocks from La Reforma. I just can't forget about the noise carn horn constant through the day and then, people selling tamales at 10-10:30 at night advertising in their loud speakers.

The hotel staff is so nice, caring and helpful. The hotel itself is good, but I had problems with the WiFi which went in and out. The hotel manager came to my room and helped me fix the problem using other codes. I’d return late in the early mornings after out at the bars and clubs and wanted to shower but had to run the water for about 10 minutes for it to get hot. Clean room, but the dusty curtains and bed spread need washing. Overall a nice budget hotel in one of the best areas of the city! I would stay there again!

they don't change the sheets, they just bed-make. water bottle should be included every stay but they just give you 2 bottles only the day you arrive. they also don't give you new amenities either.

The staff tried very hard to make us happy. We had some issues with the wifi but they worked with us to get it working. I did see a bug in the toilet but I flushed it. I wished there had been a coffee pot in the room and wish there had been air conditioning. One time the elevator was out of service while people were working on it. The room was spacious and in a good location. The bathroom shower was stone and gorgeous. The water pressure was something to be desired though. There were plenty of dishes in the kitchen and while we heard some of our neighbors there wasn't any street noise. There was tons of closet and dresser space. We never checked out the tv, but it was available too.
