Clean sheets and towels, property old and needs much work. Break fast not included but it was great, in the owners kitchen....

This property has much history and character in its architecture. Beautiful tile work throughout. However, the room, bathroom and balcony were so dirty that we opted out of our fully paid reservation to find a cleaner location. In fairness, the manager was very pleasant and helpful when we asked him to clean the deck chairs so we could use them on the day we were there.

Villas were a ways from town, but busses run very often, like every 5 minutes. Cost 8 pesos. Cab fare with tip was only 60 pesos. Very quiet. Full access to shared Kitchen.

good value for the money rooms are clean and people are nice

Quiet hotel just across from the beach. The room was spacious and comfortable. Good air conditioning, TV, internet, etc. The owner and staff are super friendly and helpful. It's a quick walk to a small market for cokes and snack and restaurants are within walking distance. Breakfast was good at the hotel.

I work and travel in Mexico frequently (several times a year) and this was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had. The place is very affordable and newly built. It's not fancy, but very tidy, pretty, and comfortable. The location is great-right near the beach between Progreso and Chicxulub by a very pristine part of the beach. For those interested in evolution, Chicxulub is very close (6km) to the center of the asteroid that landed in Yucatan 65 million years away, which contributed to the eventual extinction of the dinosaurs and mammalian radiation. The owners are extremely warm, welcoming and accommodating, and speak English. My daughter had a blast in the little pool and they keep an open kitchen that you can help yourself to.

Hospitality the best, they make you feel very very special!!

Cuartos muy súper pequeños y aun precio elevado q pareciera q sería algo decente. Las fotos son solo eso fotos. Piscina pequeña, cuartos incomodos. Muy malo todo.

costo mil quinientos por una noche, justo la habitación de la foto de publicidad que me asignaron. El nivel de atención de los dueños excelente, personas atentas y cordiales pero les falta mucha atención en cuanto al mantenimiento. Limpio si estaba pero la luz de arriba de las camas no funcionaban, las sábanas rasgadas, la luz del balcón no sirve, el soquet está roto, el aire acondicionado es muy pequeño para un espacio tan grande, el ventilador sobre la sala no tiene botón para regular velocidad, el apagador a un lado del espejo está roto no se puede conectar nada, la regadera tapada solo un hilo de agua y no hubo agua caliente. Y las cortinas son de papel de china...definitivo a menos que me garantizaran con imágenes que se ha corregido podría recomendarlo, de lo contrario no porque me sentí robada con esa tarifa pero no había más lugares por las fechas.
