Nos toco la habitación 210 no servia la llave para abrir la habitación, no habia internet, no teniamos señal en la TV, no servia la secadora para el cabello, solo sirve un elevador nunca me pude comunicar al restaurante. Perder el tiempo para reportar toso esto es incomodo y ea una perdida de tiempo se supone que debe estar al.100% yo hubiera esperado alguna recompensa por parte del hotel en todo momento se reportaron las anomalias. Pesimo hotel.
