We would go back in a heartbeat. Everything was great. If you need alcohol, you need to bring your own but they blend fresh juices for you that are great. It's a quiet oasis. An overgrown tropical garden just outside the city. It's a taxi ride into the city and back but you could spend all day at the riad and not feel like you're missing anything. The staff is warm, inviting and authentic.

The garden was absolutely beautiful...lemon and orange trees heavily laden, beautiful shrubs and flowering plants, two little ponds with fish, frogs and even a terrapin, peacocks wandering around. It was chilly in the late afternoon and evening... the gardener always lit the open fire. Most relaxing and warm. Food was good, freshly prepared, tasty and nutritious but be aware, the prices are high. 1.5 litre bottle of water 35MAD Staff friendly, smiling and willing to help in any way. Hammam and massage was very good. Convenient free shuttle service into Marrakech. After 17.30 you have to pay but driver will pick you up at your convenience. Bathroom was functional and spacious but I maybe needs updating. Bed was comfortable but I really DO NOT like the sheet directly on mattress. For reasons of hygiene there should be mattress cover/ protector on the mattress and then sheet on top of that. Same with the pillows. There should always be a pillow protector underneath pillowcase. I appreciate that for some this may not be an issue, but to me it is common sense and hygienic. Overall, an excellent stay and I would recommend if you are looking for somewhere peaceful and relaxing, as a relief from Marrakech itself.

The lane down to the hotel is unmade and very bumpy if you have a fused spine. My daughter and my friends daughter ate the same thing in the hotel and both got food poisoning. We told the hotel but they still charged for what they had eaten. Two of the staff stood out as being very helpful and made our holiday special. They are Abdul and Mo. The pool is unheated and was freezing cold so we weren’t able to use it. The gardens are beautifully planted and it’s a peaceful retreat.

Amazing spot and quiet place. The swimming pool and garden are beautiful. The waiters are helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the breakfast was poor. There was no consistency regarding the food choice. Everyday we had less choice than the previous day. The portions of the meals are quiet small from the menu a la carte.

The staff is so kind and accomodating. We missed our connecting flight so we got to the hotel at midnight. We had informed the staff and one of the made sure to stay up to welcome us and check us in. The daily free ride to the center was so helpful. Breakfast was really good (they even made omelettes for you and its included). The rooms are gorgeous and the place is stunning. I could not recommend this place more.

It is difficult to find unpaved road, signs is not clear in a remote area, I rented a car from the airport I struggled to find it as the road un paved, no light. I don't advise any body to go on his own, it is better to arrange with them to pick you, is not worth the amount of money listed on the website. It is not a hotel

Beautiful little Riad with lovely staff. It's almost like a little hidden paradise; cute little gardens, great swimming pool and an upstairs terrace area too. Always happy to help and a free shuttle to the Medina. Food was great, along with the tea. Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday

The Roads leading to and back from Riad were in desparate state of repair. It is set up in rural areas and no facility close by. Three friends and I went for a 3 day break and had the most amazing time. We didnt want to leave the hotel. The service was amazing as they did everything and anything to ensure our stay was perfect. The hotel was beautiful with morrocon decor. There was free transfers in and out of the main city which was perfect for the late evenings rather than looking for a taxi yourself. The pool could do with a bit of a renovation but other than that I would recommend for anyone to go here for a quiet getaway. I will definitely be back!!

I can't rate riad jawad highly enough.. This was the most beautiful hotel with a fantastic relaxed atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and having breakfast on the patio every morning was a fantastic start to the day. The staff were absolutely brilliant, I can't rate them highly enough or say enough positive things about them. We are both vegetarian and every day for each meal they made us varied and tasty meals, but with no fuss and no hassle. We were so pleased by their service and kindness, they are a credit to the riad. We also made use of the massage service, it takes place in your room again with no fuss and was so relaxing. There is also a brilliant hotel - airport service and hotel - medina service as he riad itself of off the beaten tracks. Overall = loved it and can't wait to go back.

Riad Jawad in Marrakech is a bit out of town, so if you planning on doing a lot of shopping in the Medinas, then it is not for you. For us, we were on the go every day travelling long distances and buying. It was so peaceful to arrive back in the late afternoon to an amazingly peaceful cool oasis. Beautiful gardens, lovely big rooms and friendly staff. Not many eating places in the area so we ate in every night. Very tasty food and nice ambience. You cannot purchase alcohol in this riad, so unless you bring it in, you will be in for a dry stay. All in all, good value for money.
