Hice mi reserva por expedía y no encontraban mi booking cuando llegué al retiro. Me hicieron esperar 2 horas antes de darme una habitación inferior a la que yo ya había pagado por anticipado por este medio. La habitación estaba sucia y al siguiente día pedi ver las habitaciones superiores y elegí hacer un upgrade. La nueva habitación estaba sucia y era más cara.
