Service staff was very friendly and accommodating. Property and room was pristine. A few minor recommendations I would make to the rooms is putting a rubber seal under shower door to keep water in, raising the shower wand holder to accommodate taller guests, adjusting/limiting the range of overhead shower for allow for targeted waterfall and door closure. Clocks should be displayed in rooms.

The hotel was located on a beautiful, quiet, nice area that was centrally located to unique shops and bars that you could easily walk to. Every member of the staff that we interacted with was extremely friendly and always super helpful!

My wife and I were dissapointed, we usually stay in five star hotes and the Ambassade came up in our search. Priced below others, we selected the Ambassade based on ratings and the wonderful photographs of their rooms. The photos didn't show the access corridors to get to our room. We upgraded to a canal view and it turned out to be pretty noisy from all the cars and trash trucks on the street immediately in front of the hotel. The staff was outstanding but this certainly is not a five star experience.

The hotel was very pretty, right on a quiet canal, nice seating outside where you could eat and have drinks. Our room was perfect for my husband and adult son (we had a king bed and twin bed). Very much enjoyed the bartenders and the front desk staff were very accommodating.
