Staff were very helpful and friendly

Wonderful hotel right next to a Metro station, making it very convenient. Public parking right outside the hotel which is considerably cheaper than parking in the actual hotel (half the price for us considering we parked at 6:00 PM and then it’s free to park from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

Great location, plenty of food options around, near to metro stop. Carpark in hotel, although it is quite tight space. Our daughter has a separate section for her sibgle bed with tv , which she loved.

Hotel staff was very friendly and informative in addressing our inquiries on places to find food, public parking, etc. We decided to have dinner at the restaurant in the hotel as there were very limited eating places within short walking distance. The hotel restaurant is spacious, the service and food were good. Our room was clean and spacious enough for us. We had a good rest there. This hotel is about 20 minutes drive to Kinderdijk carpark and shuttle pickup point.

Immaculate hotel, perfect location close to metro lines to take you in to Rotterdam central. Great range of rooms, family room is very nice. Very friendly staff nothing is too much trouble. Food is very nice and very filling. Highly recommended.

Great location and the restaurant located at the hotel is fantastic, will definitely be my first choice the next time I'm in Rotterdam.

Great hotel but was expecting a bath not just shower for a 4* hotel like this. Restaurant Mio Papa was good too

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. Considering the price charged per night, the level of service and amenities did not justify the cost. There was no welcome drink and not even complimentary bottled water in the room, which is usually a basic standard. The mattress was not comfortable, and essential items such as toothbrushes, slippers, and tissues were not provided. Overall, the experience did not match the price or the 4-star rating. We expected much better service and attention to detail.

Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Nice hotel in very convenient position for trams and metro. Breakfast was good, but expensive.

We always stay at the Art Hotel in Rotterdam. The metro and tram are outside and there is a great view across the harbours. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Clean room, great access to transportation, lovely views, delicious and moderately priced restaurant.

The receptionist were very welcoming, helpful & even checked me in earlier than the stated time. The room was spotless & the restaurant food was delicious. I would happily return & Highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was charged at €20 per adult....and when eating in the hotel at night you were charged a percentage of the bill for using your card when i questioned the extra charge was told it was a card charge no other place charged me for using card

All in my own opinion. Lovely staff very kind and smiling all the time. Was charged €50 deposit and €25 per night to park. Not a safe place to park and lots of strangers hanging around front of hotel. Not a safe place this area at all. The Bar I ask the lovely waitress to. Change my beer as it was flat and no bubbles, only to be TOLD by a grumpy bar manager that my opinion was wrong and he was right. He said nothing wrong with it and walked away looking back at me in an aggressive way. No paid football on TV at this expensive hotel The Breakfast Only thing hot on the counter was the counter, because the food was not hot. Cheap frankfurter sausages. Not very nice at all. €20 is not worth the cost for this breakfast. No water in the room. Can’t believe the money they charge for this hotel, you don’t even receive 1 small bottle of water. Says in the app that there is a mini bar. Wrong, there is an empty fridge. The Room, hard bed and old carpets, cold also. So when I checked out, I have to take the car onto the street and find a parking place. Pay to park, then walk back to the hotel and checkout. Then walk back to the car and drive off. They haven’t got a facility to open the barrier in their own car park to let me out. I have to use a fob from them and return it after. Almost ridiculous. Sorry but ALL facts in my opinion. Keith
