location 💯, really strategic. close to public transportation, close to lidl if you need food/toiletries, lively atmosphere but not noisy.
the receptionist is fun, helpful, and very communicative with all hotel guests.
i recommend this hotel to stay during your vacation in the Netherlands. the distance to schipol airport is only 20 minutes by uber and can be reached by bus.

Everything at the hotel was very clean… Staff was courteous and very helpful. One suggestion I might make is to lighten up on the bleach… When I walked into my room, it was such a strong smell that my eyes began to water.
I opened the window so that was helpful. Other than that, I love the place. I will be back.

Brilliant little hotel with spacious comfortable rooms and brilliant front of house staff. 30 mins by tram to centraal - 15 mins to south side of city centre.

I couldn’t stay because of the weather I was held back at Paris Airport. I along with Hotel.com staffs sent emails and calls the property nobody responded to us yet. I asked them to please cancel my booking because I was not going to be able to make it to the hotel

We saw different photos online regarding the rooms. The room we had was supposed to fit 4. We barely could move, the was no room for anything. We had to take turns taking our suitcases out and had to live out of our suitcases because there was not enough space to put why things
The staff was by far the best part. They were absolutely awesome. Friendly, helpful.
The area was convenient as the tram was right outside. Grocery store across and a lot of shopping.
I would stay again if the rooms were more spacious.

Hotel is located in a very convenient area for shops and transport into the city centre. However, we had an issue with our card during to check in and the staff were very rude and no help on how we should solve it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone unless they needed to be in the area for any reason.

I’m aware that the room was small before I booked it. I did not know the pillow was the size of a throw pillow and kinda thin. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and nice.
