What Guests Say About Their Stay

We stayed at the Family Room for one night. The room was spacious, clean and modern. Especially, it was helpful to have plenty of space to open our luggage. The sofa bed was comfortable than we thought . The check in and check out was easy and didn’t take time. The only thing is that since it was facing the airport, the windows at night sometimes vibrates and created some resonance due to the air pressure by the take off of air planes. If you are looking for a quieter room, maybe better to book the rooms facing the interior of the hotel. The breakfast had wide variety of selections and the quality was good. Our family enjoyed the stay very much and hope to come back again in the future.

breakfast is great. our room is big and the bed (king) is also clean and great we can walk through a covered nice and spacious corridor ftom the hotel to the train station area for 9 or 10 minutes. All inside the building. There are 4 walking belt segments to ease the walking! covering approx. 70-75% of the distance. From the inside of train station the corridor starts with a slanted flat escalator, it is not usual for us but working pretty good, we just need to keep the suitcase from rolliing down. Frim the terminal just look up "hotel" sign, there are Sheraton and citizenM hotels too along the corridor. The staff are very great and knowledgeable, also honoring my Hilton honor with all the benefits.

Excellent. The only drawback, albeit a very small one is that it is the furthest of the two hotels attached to the airport. But it appears to be the newest and most modern. Convenience is important for me and to be able to walk indoors from the airport straight to the hotel is a great benefit. Also in terms of local travel into Amsterdam it is super easy and super quick. As there are constant trains all day and night long. Overall it is a great option for business travelers who want convenience and a super clean and modern place to stay. On the day I departed, I literally walked from hotel room to the security checkpoint in 13 minutes.

We got an unclean room with a broken toilet, and had to pay early check-in for the privilege. When I opened the lid for the power outlets on the work desk, I saw a clipped toenail inside. The Hilton's 'Hot Tub' was a lukewarm puddle of water with no jets, and white chips of something littering the bottom. It obviously has never been cleaned. There often were food trays littering the hallways, stains in the elevator floors stayed for days, and, since the hotel uses robot vacuums which are too big to reach the sides of the hallways, unclean carpets along the rooms. We were told there'd be a fire drill, and to ignore it. Hard to do when there's constant blaring, but what they forgot to mention to any guest was that it would lock down most of the elevators. People kept standing around waiting and wondering why no elevator came. Staff was pretty aloof. Even when not busy, we sat in the lobby bar and waited more than an hour for a sandwich and a cheese board. When we said to cancel the order cause we don't have forever, the food arrived 10 minutes later. The breakfast buffet is big and good, except that on our first morning, Hilton had obviously not expected the large number of stranded passengers booking, so half of the buffet was out. They couldn't even produce any butter. The whole stay was just unacceptable for the rates they charged, and when a hotel doesn't have a real hot tub, they shouldn't advertise it.
