Holiday Inn Express ARNHEM by IHG

Great location although can be very noisy. We stayed on the 5th floor but due to the narrow streets and the tall buildings any vehicle noise or people chatting late at night magnified the noise although that is being a little harsh but something to consider if you are a light sleeper. Rooms clean, no bath but a lovely modern shower. No fridge or safe in room but you could utilise reception for safe keeping. Television in the room was really small but was only really watched later in the evening but a little larger would have been better. Overall a lovely hotel and would highly recommend. Staff throughout were a credit to the hotel Would definately stay here again.

Great location to walk to shops and restaurants, and sights. Clean, comfortable, and quiet.

We had a really great stay here recently as a family of 3 with a 2 year old. The room and facilities were clean. There were plenty of breakfast options. The staff were always helpful and welcoming. We look forward to our next stay.

Lovely stay, room spacious and clean. Good breakfast

Clean room, comfortable beds; however, pillows were too soft - no support. Great shower with excellent water pressure. Free breakfast very goof with many food items to choose from. Location great as within walking distance to the shopping area and Kornmarkt. Several eateries to choose from. Only 6-8 minute walk to the train/bus station,. Staff friendly and professional.

Not a great hotel, I'd spend a bit more money and get a much better hotel for only a lottle bit more. House keeping never showed up, not even to even change out towels, which we wanted as we were there to run the Airborn Freedom Run for the heroes of WW2 so we wanted to be nice a relaxed and refreshed ready for the challenging run! But its ok as the hotel gave us 2 free bottles of water to make up for it....no money off or discount for our next stay...just a couple of euros free water, so that was really nice of them! Amenities we're none existent and car parking was expensive, the communal areas were a bit dated, room was ok but was very loud with the street outside so didn't sleep much...again perfect for our run the next day!! beds are very small and you need a magnify glass to see the TV, I've never seen a hotel tv so small. Couple of good points only....Good area just south of the center, couple of minute's and your either in the city with restaurants and shops or on the river with the John Prost memorial bridge. Free breakfast and it was ok.

What you'd expect from a Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were a little small, but this isn't unusual in Europe. Breakfast was good.

Location of hotel is great - right in the centrum! Hotel rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff were very helpful! The breakfast was very good too. Overall an excellent place to stay in Arnhem!
