The staff at front desk were extremely helpful and courteous.

The restaurant in service were a joke. I understand and not the same type of service as in the US, but literally you have to beg them to come to your table to bring you a drink.. the guy in the morning was also super rude. The hotel was fine, clean no frills. .

We were not happy with this hotel. The toilet and shower were together in a very, very small space. The breakfast was nothing special.

This hotel was a great location. We were there for Kings Day, so if you are going to be there at that time of year and need to get a cab, they do not run to the hotel but a little further away which was not far at all. Staff was great!

When I asked for my room to be cleaned this morning, they told me that they didn't clean yesterday because yesterday was King's day I told him I didn't understand how that made a difference since they charged me the same amount In addition, the restaurant rack store was horrible The staff was just plain rude

This hotel is in a great part of the city center. Rooms are nice size, beds comfy and we really appreciated the staff at the front desk for all their help and accommodations.

Staff very friendly at check-in, but unfortunately that's about where it ended. Rooms were spacious, but not in great condition, bathroom, was very odd spacing, amenities lacking, beds were not very comfortable. TV was a bright spot, as was the location. AC unit in room was not providing any relief. All of this is fine if the room is relatively inexpensive, but it was really pricey given the season, so they get away with it.

Room was big and clean. Staff friendly. Elevator very slow.

I was able to check in very early at no extra charge. There was an issue with the in room coffee maker and their maintenance was very prompt to attend this request. Very prompt with directions and arranging taxis

The hotel is in a great location, however the hotel is very average at best. We booked a superior deluxe room for 3 nights and there was nothing deluxe about it. We checked in late of an evening so was tired and went straight to the room and bed. The room was on the 5th floor which was the atic with sloping roof trusses an very small. The following morning I went to reception to ask if I was in the correct room as it was clean but basic at best and they said I was. I asked if it was possible to upgrade to a better room and they said they were all the same apart from the rooms below being 4m2 bigger. After this conversation I thought we were paying for the location and sometimes rooms in the cities can be on the small side. Later that day my relatives checked into the hotel and both there rooms were over twice the side to our come with duel aspect windows and the type of room we were expecting. At this stage now was annoyed as the staff told me and my wife a complete pack of lies and just couldn’t be bothered to move us into another room. After me complaining on trip advisor a member of staff moved us for the last night to a better room. My advice is there are better hotel la to stay at for your money.
