The “wellness room” that we had was beyond our expectations - sauna and whirpool bath in the room. Lucky to have a great view of the train tracks for our 21-month-old to stare at the many trains passing by.

Lovely property with a good view. minutes away from the main train station, tram and buses. Bike riding is a real thing here and it is lovely to people watch just going about their day on the bicycles. Also the largest bike park is next to the hotel. A lovely shopping center is a couple minutes walk from the hotel.

The spa room was perfect. Lovely and quiet. The buffet breakfast was lovely too…although I do enjoy baked beans with my sausage..egg and bacon lol..not a complaint..just missed those at the buffet breakfast 😊😉.
Staff were super friendly. I’d recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Amsterdam central is easily accessible with the train station so close to the hotel.

While checking in close to midnight I was told my booking was cancelled. Only because I insisted for 10 minutes, I received a room.
The room was very large, nice and comfortable bed. clean shower. Breakfast was okay, fresh and yet very standard. Hotel is 5 minutes' walk from the train station which was very convenient to me.
The wellness area is nice and clean, swimming pool is very small (not for swimming...)

The rooms were noisy. Any movement of furniture below above or beside could be heard. Somebody at the front desk allowed someone up to my room without asking their name and gave them a key. I did not know this person.

We arrived around 11:00 after travelling from 04:30 and were delighted that our room was ready for us. (Check in is from 16:00 I think)? Lovely warm, comfortable hotel. Our room was a great set up (family room). Two bedrooms, two showers and two toilets and a seated area where we could dine.Location was excellent too, especially for families, very close to shopping, train station and landmarks a short walk away.

Great location right next to Utrecht central train station and the shopping mall and walking distance to the old city and all the main attractions. Comfortable and friendly staff and wonderful spa bath in the room!

Really enjoyed staying with you. I think the only missing piece would be a bath robe and an upgraded gym if I could improve anything.
