Been here many times. Recent visit we were in a renovated room. Found it quite dark, bottom sheets on beds not made prooerly and just about covered bed. TV had a mind of its own, either wouldn't come on or turned itself on in the night. Air conditioning/ heating instructions didn't match pictures on instruction sheet next to it. No bath/shower slip mats available and no safe in room even though there should have been.
