Very friendly and accommodating, our room was quiet clean and comfy, sky tv, movies sport etc, cant go wrong, we will be back next time we travel to Christchurch.

First impression when we walked into the property was not great because of the cluttered garage next to the reception. However condition of the room and the amnesties in the room were excellent. Friendly staff. I recommend this facility.

excellent. only thing which not ruined but fustrated me was the wotif page at the top under parking has a question mark saying free parking. on turning up the office. they wanted $10 for parking.. i prepaid and wotif charges is expected to included all fees. this was mis leading. not obvious and to be honest i would have stayed elsewhere on the same street for $15 less and parking included.. lucky there was 1 park available when we returned from dinner.. although accommodation was compact and suitable.. the parking issue and risk of not getting a park if facility had more guests i wont stay again.

The room was great. Nice bathroom. It was quiet there, and felt safe there. Very convenient to walk everywhere, and uber was easy pickup there for longer distances.

Hotel was to arrange taxi to pick us up at railroad station but our train was 15 minutes late (beyond our control) and the taxi, unbeknownst to us, only was to wait 5 minutes! We paid TWICE for a taxi!!!
Also, unbeknownst to us, the hotel charged us an addition 3% for using credit card!!!
Overall, room was very clean and tidy. However, everything (furnishings, fixtures, sink, etc.) is outdated — 60s style. Carpet is very worn and needs to be replaced yesterday.

Motel was only 10 minutes walk to the city centre and there were a couple of restaurants within 5 minutes. Large fridge, microwave, toaster and TV had lots of channels.

The staff were excellent and super accommodating, when I arrived I thought I had booked a twin room but it was a king. The staff were amazing in helping resolve the issue quickly and also giving us great tips on where to eat and shop

Staff were very friendly and upgraded us for free first few days whilst there was availability. Rooms were cleaned daily and to a good standard and nice and quiet.
