Entry to the premises abit difficult to enter, due to a busy roundabout.
Toaster and microwave available but no plates or utensils. Couldn't eat my weetbix!

We loved this home away from home - it was well equipped with every utensil and appliance we needed. The home was so comfortable and clean with areas for the whole family to relax.

Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Breakfast room had a good selection of food to choose from. Restaurant on site.
Only unhelpful thing was the restaurant sign was easier to see than the hotel sign and it is just off a busy roundabout so we actually missed it on arrival and had to find somewhere to turn around and go back to roundabout :)

*They don't have enough parking spaces.
*The room doesn't have airconditioning, especially now its summer, its hot as hell inside the room. They provided tower fan but its still not enough. *They don't have soap, shampoo, conditioner in the bathroom. *Its always smells cigarette in the stairs. Very Limited Services. We will not come back again! We're not satisfied!

Good place to stay, I attended a concert & it's in walking distance to the staduim. There wasn't any drinking glasses or plates but has a microwave & toaster in the room. We only stayed 1 night so didn't really matter. Clean & tidy room. We even had 2 fresh water bottles in fridge which was nice. Would stay again.

It was an ok property. When booking in i asked about breakfast which is started we get when we booked and she said restaurant is shut. While she did make and effort and get some snacks for breakfast it was no continental breakfast as stated. There was also a poo in our toilet upon check in. Place needs an update. Staff was lovely.

The bathroom was not clean. The room was too hot to sleep in even with Fan on high and windows open. Breakfast was a Banana (I'm allergic to banana's) a melted Moro bar, a muffin and foul coffee. The restaurant below, didn't speak english and were rude. That was where we were supposed to have breakfast but it was closed.

Clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. A few small extras in the room would have helped. For example, a toaster was provided, but no plates or knives. The kettle would not fit under the bathroom tap (no sink in the “kitchen” area, and there were no extra pillows. The bed was comfortable.

Owner was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for looking after me during my stay. It was comfortable stay. Parking for big car is bit tricky, but I could manage though I don’t have great skills. The location was just handy for my work.

Bed was comfy. We checked in late at night but Sean was great and organised our room to be ready and messaged through instructions for both check in and out.
