Turangi Leisure Lodge

It was an easy self late check-in and early check out. The staff were easy to deal with over the phone, making it easy for us. the rooms were very clean and set out great, and the spa pools were amazing. We will definitely use them again.

The check-in was smooth and quick. Reception staff was very efficient, helpful and friendly. The spa facility is perfect. Will be happy to return and recommend the place.

We stayed here when it was a timeshare. i was very pleased to see it well maintained under "private" ownership. Check in was simple and quick and Sarah very friendly. Thanks. We'll come again.

Great stay

Older style accommodation however the family lodges were huge with everything you need in it. Staff were also great and very accommodating. Good place to stay with young children. Close to the town centre.

Our second stay here. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. My kids enjoyed having their own space on the mezzanine floor.

We stopped here on the way to Wellington which was such a good idea. Arrived reasonably late but our key was left in the box with clear instructions. Room was lovely, great kitchen options and comfy bed. Was lovely being greeted by a Motel cat too. Will stay again!

The property was fine, but for the price it was pretty low standard compared to comparable properties. The staff was lovely. In the room the chairs were stained and the carpet should not be there. Always gross to stay in a room with carpet, even though the overall housekeeping seemed excellent. I liked that they used

Very clean, comfortable, spacious— full kitchenette, close to amazing fish and chips, lots of activities for kids, including pool table, outdoor turf area, pool, and mini golf. Everything was really well thawed out, and the staff were extremely kind and nice to chat with. Thank you for such a comfortable stay! Kristy and Danny

Excellent value, very friendly staff.

Never made it to the lodge as Tongariro Crossing was closed for walking, But Im sure the place is lovely and Im looking forward to staying there another time

Amazing. Love that there is an upstairs. So many bedrooms, so many bathrooms, so many opportunities for privacy. Apartment was very spacious. Kitchen had everything. Plus, the washer was a big plus. Getting in and out is a bit tricky though, especially if the unit is away from the street. There are certain spots/alleyways where you can drive through and get to the back. However, if you're not familiar with these, you may be puzzling over how to get around the cars parked around the units facing the street. Reception also has weird hours. If you arrive outside of reception hours, you will get an email detailing how to get your key. It is really simple though. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Not too much in the town of Turangi but probably more than the village of National Park. Plus, very quick access to the Tongariro Alpine crossing.
