Terrible bed, 3cm thick mattress and the pillow had no stuffing.
Stay clear of the breakfast if you have any allergies. They were not able to provide any food without lactose. It only ended up removing everything on the food it self. I mean, the non-lactose products have a really long experation date, so it would not be hard going to the store 5 min away and buying some products to give everyone a valid breakfast. The hotel worked out well for my stay in Trondheim. There was a lot happening in Trondheim when I booked so there was nnot much available. However this place was relatively inexpensive and was available. The room was very basic and didn't have some things like you would expected in a standard hotel (such as a wardrobe or safe). However, for the price, this is potentially what you would expect. You could get food and drink for breakfast and lunch there - however there was plenty of places in Trondheim where you could get breakfast and lunch so this was not a problem for me. The room was comfortable and I didn't hear any noise from the trains. One note: if you want you room to be cleaned, make sure you inform reception when you would like it done otherwise they will not do it.

Worst sleep of our trip listening to the trains all night outside of our window. The room was hot so we had to keep the window open. Our bed had dirty spots on it and was rickety and falling apart. This hotel chain should be ashamed of themselves, when the rest of Norway is ROCKING IT.

Advertised with breakfast and parking. Breakfast is a take out box with a bread roll they call Ciabata, apple and coffee. Was expecting a full breakfast with eggs etc. ended up with a vegetarian roll (I don't eat ham). And a coffee from an earn. Good coffee is extra. Beware the parking offered is appx $14 more per day. Free at night until 8am. Rooms are average for Norway. Very small for N.America. difficult hotel to access.

We had a excellent stay. The location was fantastic- right on the water and a quick walk to The Hurtigruten Terminal. The room was very clean and a good size. Good coffee and croissants in the morning.
