Location was great, central in Harstad. Staff was helpful and courteous.
Please make note that taxis from the airport are not inexpensive. If you arrive at night, about $80 per person. Recommend coming when bus is still running or making rebtal car arrangements b4 you land.

A great hotel on the heart of town, friendly, polite and amazing staff that can't do enough for you.The rooms are clean and eco friendly. Food is fantastic, an amazing breakfast selection every day. I would highly recommend to stay.

Chambre familiale confortable et très propre. Bon repas le soir au restaurant de l.hotel et excellent petit déjeuner. Une mention spéciale pour le personnel, souriant et efficace . Très bonne étape.

Location along the fjord and view from the eleventh floor was great. The standard room was a comfortable size. The tv worked well with our devices for shows and the bed was comfortable. Employees were kind and helpful when we asked questions about the town. The restaurant was closed for dinner on Sunday. Parking lot is not very large.

Veldig fint hotell, synd at service trekker ned. Personalet er hyggelig, men hjelper lite når man står 15-20 min i kø for å få sjekket inn pga lav bemanning.

Rommet var rent og greit. Handklehenger var plasert over toalettet som da resulterte i at et falt ned i toalettet.
Ved frokosten var det fritt for melk og det var treg rydding av bordan. Man måtte også spørre etter pålegg.

På minussiden savnet vi kjøleskap og kaffe på rommet. Vi savnet også parkeringsmuligheter ved hotellet.
