Radisson Blu Resort, Beitostolen

Dormitory type building but 100 meters from bus stop and Nordic and alpine ski trails. Clean sheets, comfortable beds good breakfast.

We had a stop over in Beitostolen before heading north and it was very pleasant stay with shops at walking distance.

Beautiful scenery from hotel room. Unfortunately, dining was closed when I stayed. Only breakfast was served. But overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The room I got wasn’t so renovated, but it was big enough and also comfortable! The hotel is well prepared for skiing. It has a drying room a beautiful swimming pool where you can relax after skiing. You can leave the skies outside without any problem and walk in with your boots without any complaint; they welcome you with free coffee at any time. The breakfast is also pretty good, with several options; the coffee is not that good, though.

Fantastic hotel, modern with traditional touches. My room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from. I found a lovely bar room on the bottom floory to relax in during the evening. Location was good for getting around to natural sites. Local restaurants were within a couple mins walk.

The breakfast buffet was fabulous. We had a little trouble getting the room warm enough but it was nice, clean and the beds were comfortable.

Very very friendly people working at the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel itself has seen better days. We had a room that was overlooking the car park and as a result was pretty noisy.

The hotel has excellent buffet dinner and free breakfast. Highly recommend it to others.

Excellent friendly service throughout the hotel. We had a 1 bedroom suite booked and was allocated a room with a great view. My only moan would be that the room is in need of some renovation. I believe most rooms have been updated now but in general we were very happy with our stay

Excellent stay at this hotel. We arrived in time for their signature dinner buffet and were thrilled with the selection of food and how delicious it was. The staff was super friendly and helpful, giving us good suggestions for hikes and for other things to do in the area. The check-in was fast and easy as well. Our room was very clean and comfortable and had a great view of the mountains. They have a huge workout area, along with a very large pool, sauna, and shower area. We had hoped for a hot tub but this was about the only thing missing from this hotel. And don’t miss the delicious breakfast buffet every morning! The location was perfect for us as it is right near Jotunheimen National Park and we got to do some hiking there. It is also near a ski area so this resort does seem to attract lots of families...and they are definitely dog-friendly! I do hope to go back to Norway again and would definitely stay here again!!!

We had a one night week-end stay at Raddisson Beitostølen as part of a trip in to Jotunheimen. The staff was friendly and serviceminded. The hotel has a large swimming pool we enjoyed afer trecking in the mountains. Beitostølen is a nice location for outdoor activity for all seasons. We had good weather and stunning views with automn colors and snow on the mountain tops.

A good base for driving the Valdresflye and Sognefjellet, with easy parking in front of the hotel and practically direct access to Valdresflye. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately there was a construction site in front of our window with unusually long working hours, which didn’t allow us to fully enjoy the beautiful views from the room.
