This was our second visit to this bed and breakfast. We were treated like old friends and we will miss them. Great breakfast! Spotless place that has great location.

Elizabeth communicated with us as soon as we booked. She was able to secure a driver to pick us up from the airport and was extremely welcoming. The place is clean, comfortable, and in a good location in Barranco. Breakfast was included with a choice of menu which included cooked to order eggs and fresh squeezed orange juice. Tea and coffee available 24/7. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. So happy we found 3B.

Great location, service, staff and facilities at a fantastic price! This property was an incredible experience for the price. The room was small and cozy but provided all the needed amenities. Located near the center of Barranco, it was an easy three block walk to the ocean and close to everything you need including good restaurants, markets, etc. The entire place is clean and welcoming. and the included breakfast is made to order (including fresh squeezed orange juice). The staff was warm and accommodating, and helped me book affordable transport to and from the airport. Highly Recommend!

Great location. This place is modern, clean, and comfy - the bed was perfect and the shower pressure was great! The friendly staff were all full of recommendations for the area. The served a nice breakfast and we enjoyed the cafe across the street for drinks in the evening. I highly recommend 3B!

The staff were fantastic, and on top of my trip on WhatsApp before I even arrived. The facilities are great, and the price is even better!

Stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the place was superbly clean, and its only a 10 min drive to the beaches and a 10 min walk to a really good restaurant/bar area in Barranco. Would recommend to anyone.

This was a good location with great hosts. Easy walking to Barranco's central area and good options to get everywhere else. Room was nice, breakfast was good, and the staff were very helpful!

Friendly staff, clean, good area

Elizabeth and her team are exceptional, especially considering the 'Basic' B&B nature of the venue. I arrived on a late flight and as anyone who's traveled to Lima knows, the airport is, well, challenging. So after almost 90 minutes of waiting to get through immigration, it was almost 3am by the time I arrived at 3B. No problem. I love the fact that you have to bet buzzed in from the street, and they visually verify you before letting you in. It made me feel totally secure about leaving any valuables in my room. There's no safe. They did offer me a little lock box, but it's really just symbolic. Anyone could pick it up! But since they have strict rules about not letting anyone on the property unless they're registered, you can feel safe, whether you're there or not. All the staff are friendly and helpful with suggestions of where to go for shopping, touristic sites, places to eat, etc. It's in a terrific location, just a 10 minute walk to the center of Barranco, and maybe 20 minutes to Miraflores. They lent me a good quality bike to ride around town in, which I did every day. The breakfast is simple but tasty. The coffee is brewed strong (a good thing). The shower is good and has room for two. The bed is firm but comfy and they were quick to provide a fan as it was getting warm while I was there and they don't have A/C.

I had a brilliant and comfortable stay here, the hotel is exactly as advertised chic and basic. Room was clean and bright, breakfast was tasty and toiletries were good quality. The airport shuttle taxi is really reliable (decent price) and the hostesses are super helpful, friendly and kind. The location is really good, a few blocks down from a nice garden overlooking the Pacific and under 10 mins to the main part of Barranco (although there was a lot going on between this place and the main bit). I felt really safe in the area, and across the road theres a bar with a bouncer offering extra ‘assurance’ at night, the bar wasnt noisy at all.

Pleasant family owned hotel with clean and fairly modern rooms. We had room with patio that helped with ventilation since no fan. Very spacious! No breakfast included

Well-located near parks and bars and restaurants, easy to walk around the area. Quiet and safe area too. Good value for a large room, breakfast was cooked to-order and was excellent. All staff members were very helpful.

During our stay in Peru we met several nice people and I can honestly say Elizabeth was the nicest person of all. She and her team really cared about our experience in Peru and were extremely helpful. I highly recommend 3Bs if you are interested in a clean/modern/quiet accommodations with a great location. We will certainly recommend 3Bs to all of our friends and family who travel to Lima.
