This hotel do not exit any more I have to re-do a new booking whit the present hotel and shorted my stay in this city and buy another air plane ticket to comeback to the city what I came.

Overall, I did not enjoy the stay in this hotel. It was extremely cold, Sometimes there was no hot water. Sometimes we would get at least a bar soap, bed moved all over the place. That and other inconviniences.

Initially given a twin room when a double was booked and although we were immediately moved to a double room, there was mould through the bathroom, dirty water in the toilet, dirty walls, cracked and peeling paint, cracks in the floor boards, rust in the shower and light rain sounded like hail on a tin roof. Needless to say we left after half an hour, opting to stay elsewhere. We are still chasing a refund.

Desafortunadamente me tuve que bañar con el agua fría de Cuzco 😭 a las 4:30 am y ni siquiera me pidieron excusas por esa falla. La verdad eso daño mi experiencia en el hotel
