Super Excelente atención y Limpieza impecable, además de un solido equipo de profesionales en recepción. Durante mi estadía de varios dias, tuve un solo impase que hoy ya ni recuerdo en que consistía pero lo menciono ya que creo que es importante decir que supieron resolver ello con una gran ética: Manager y todo el equipo del hotel supieron con su excelente atención y cordialidad hacerme sentir cuidada y en casa. Recomiendo este hotel sin pensarlo dos veces.
Un saludo especial a todo el personal de recepción en los distintos turnos. Gracias!

3. amedrentamiento, i dejas una reseña te dicen apemas ingresas cual fue el motivo etc e incluso te quitan la tranquilidad y tiempo incomodandote la estadia por preguntar, cuestionar y que el gerente debe hablar contigo. haciendote ver que no debes agregar ninguna reseña.

Honestly the only problem with this place was my check-in process. I've never had someone act rudely during a hotel check-in.. I was surprised. I think it had something to do with me being a gringo. She scoffed at my passport, expressed disdain audibly, rolled her eyes, etc.
Its a working professionals district, tons of banking offices. Nothing really to see but is good stop if you need to get to the bus station in la Victoria.
Otherwise, I would never stay here.

Perdieron un paquete que llegó a mi nombre, con mi número de habitación (pésimo, era un regalo para mi hijo, quien es niño). Pésimo trato de varias personas de front desk, que en vez de corregir su error se pusieron agresivos y burlones (Karina muy irrespetuosa, grosera y burlona). Me quejé con la General Manager, pero decía que Karina es antigua, y confían en ella. Finalmente se quedaron con el regalo de mi hijo (que llegó claramente identificado con mi nombre y número de habitación). Un desastre el trabajo de Karina, y varias personas más de recepción. Inaceptable que pierdan un regalo, y peor aún que luego sean irrespetuosos y burlones.

Property is a modern, basic but clean accomodation. They do no respond at all to messages send via expedia, and even claim that there is no such thing as sending messages to their hotel via expedia (and make you pay fees that you discussed in messages)
