A clean property with friendly staff located close to the historic center . However for the same rate or for 20 to 30 USD more you can find a considerably much higher value for money accommodation in the area . For what it offers is a bit over priced.

Hotel is lovely, super new and is out of the centre but close to the more hip part San Blas. Service is spectacular and staff, who are English proficient are super kind. We are dog owners and lovers but there is an issue with barking dogs just too many of them prefer to bark at night! I am talking all night every night loud and sounds like 10 of them. No one seams to mind them but this might be the Cusco thing! We found it tough, though. However, this is the sign of a fab place Great are grateful for all the help in navigating Cusco and finding us brilliant guide to machu pichu. Breakfast is fresh and plentiful. They offer laundry service, price per kg is the same as in town. We were very grateful on their kindness and generosity when my husband fell ill. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would just urge them to resolve the dog barking at nightt

Everything was good only one day no hot water for shower

Very good hotel. Staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was decent. Little more variety would have been good. Walking distance from the main square. Room conditions were excellent. Really good bed and pillows. Only complaint is that there are no restaurants nearby so you have to walk little further to get to one.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and kind. My only complaint was that we had no view from our room. The window looked onto a wall. I was a little disappointed as the pictures on the website showed a patio and gorgeous view. Otherwise, the room was small but very clean. Great location for easy access to the historic center. Would recommend to anyone.

Clean rooms, excellent service, high speed internet, tasty breakfast and decent location. Excellent value for your money. Would highly recommend.

Everything was great about this place.Staff was so friendly and nice.It was the first time when we felt we are not in a hotel but our own home.Thye gave us snacks without charging us late at night.They gave us great recommendations and made sure we are comfortable and have everything we need. It was hands down the best service we have received so far.I would rate them 11/10.

The hotel staff was professional and very helpful with answering questions about the area and also let us check in earlier than the normal check in time. I got altitude sickness the first night while there since I didn’t take any of the medicine prior to getting there which was a big mistake. The staff brought an oxygen tank and provided tea that helped with the sickness along with the medicine. The room itself was clean and shower was great (good pressure and temperature range). The breakfast buffet was good with eggs, couple different meats, variety of fruit, oats, crackers, and drinks available. WiFi worked well without any connection issues. A negative was that there were multiple dogs out front of the hotel that barked all night both nights that we were there. The other negative for some people is that it is 10-15 min walk from the plaza and San Pedro station, mostly up hill if you are going back to the hotel. However we just took a cab for like 5 soles after our first trek back so wasn’t an issue for us. The positive about the distance is that you don’t have the traffic noise and noise of all the people that you get staying at a hotel in the plaza. Overall it was a great hotel and would stay here again if we return.

Extremely modern & stylish living close to main square and historical center. Very helpful staff able to advice and give a hand. Hotel has their trusted taxi drivers who are cheaper than when you get a taxi on the street. Overall client service is great. Delicious breakfast with big selection included in price.

Everything was modern and extremely clean. The staff was super friendly but still professional. They helped us with travel agency for our trip to Machu Picchu. Also, they kept our passports, credit cards and US dollars locked up in their office since the safety deposit boxes are not screwed I to the wall. Breakfast was very good. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk to the historic center and about $1.30 taxi ride. I highly recommended it!!!
